What a lesson covers
Every lesson is built around your game: strokes and technique, footwork, serve and return, spin, and match strategy. We use the modern training methods we learned in Europe, and we explain the why behind every drill so you keep improving between lessons.
Lessons for seniors and adult beginners
Table tennis is a sport you can enjoy at any age, and private lessons are a comfortable way to learn it. No experience is needed: we start with the basics, go at your own pace, and keep every session relaxed and fun. Coming back to the game after years away? We’ll help you rediscover your strokes and build from there.
- Low impact and gentler on the joints than many sports
- A fun way to work on balance, coordination and reflexes, and to keep your mind sharp
- Lessons by appointment at times that work for you, with free on-site parking
